Questions, answered.
Do I need new booking software?
No. Wundaful is the booking system — schedule, packages, invoices and client records live in one place, and your clients reach it by text. There's nothing for them to download.
Do I get my own texting number?
Yes. Your studio gets its own number, and we handle the carrier registration paperwork so your texts are delivered properly.
How do clients pay?
Today, Wundaful records Zelle, check and cash payments, sends numbered PDF invoices, and spots payment-notification emails so you can confirm them in one tap. Card payments are coming soon.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. It's month to month with no contract. If you leave, you can export your data.
What if it gets something wrong?
Wundaful asks for a YES before it changes anything — a booking, a cancellation, an invoice. And you can step into any conversation and take over at any time.
